Strategic Wireframes — cover

01 · The friction

The challenge

The engagement started before the product had a settled shape. Ideas were plentiful but loosely held, and there was no shared picture of how the pieces fit together or which path a person would actually take through them.

That ambiguity is its own kind of risk. Committing to visual design too early would have locked in assumptions that hadn't been tested, so the real challenge was to make the thinking visible while it was still cheap to change.

02 · The architecture

The solution

The work stayed deliberately low-fidelity. Wireframes mapped the core flows and screen structure first, so conversations could focus on sequence, priority, and what each screen needed to do rather than on colour or polish.

Working at this level made trade-offs easy to see and easy to revise. Each iteration sharpened the structure, and the outcome was a clear skeleton the team could align on and hand forward into detailed design with confidence.

If something feels off, start there.
